Usage Of Demo Version Project In The Licensed Version  en

Some days ago i downloaded the DEMO Version and created a small project.

Today i have obtained the LICENSE, downloaded the latest (german) Version, installed the licensed version und uninstalled the demo version.

Now i would like to re-use the project from the demo-version.

Basically it works, BUT SOME pictures (photos) show up with the word "DEMO" (see attached picture).

How to handle that? Is there a way to repair that without having to recreate the pages? OR does this mean that i CAN NOT use the pages created with the demo version?

Thanks in advance your help

First make a *backup* of project(s) for getting the *.iwzip* file(s)

. . . you de-installd the DEMO this way - and after you installed the new v9-full ?

  • uninstall the demo
  • manually remove the installation folder from C:\Program Files\WebSite X5 v9 - Evolution
  • remove the folder %userprofile%\Appdata\Local\Incomedia
  • restart PC
  • install the full v9

The projects folder are normally saved into MyDocuments folder, so when you install the v9-version, you will automatically see them Wink

You possibly have to *clean* webspace as well so that the *marked* images will disappear . . .

I uninstalled the demo, removed the installation folder, then installed the Licensed Version, opened up my project from the Demo-version  Then i saw the word "Demo" on some of the pictures.

I have just removed the %userprofile%\Appdata\Local\Incomedia folder as well (just the demo version subdir of course).  Then restarted my PC.    No change...Cry the word "DEMO" still shows up in some pictures.

But now the good news : the word "DEMO" disappears when having edited the pictures.  It's really not a big deal to correct it, because i just have a few pics (at the moment).   So i can get going now.

Thanks for your help!
