My Evolution V12 is not working and the download software also not to open
please help me in want to work at me website today

Download de laatste versie hier bovenaan rechts naast je naam het pulldown menu -> download.
instaleer die dat zou moeten werken, daarna kun je je project weer starten.
download the full install from your portal here, top right pulldown next to your name, install this version.

please do the following:
- disable antivirus and firewall because they could block the program's connection to the server.
- make sure you aren't using Proxy
Now try again.
If you receive the error message again, please restart your pc and close the programs that eventually open when it starts.
If you still have issues, please download the program from the ''download'' section here on help center and install. Here you will find the latest version of your program. By doing this, you can delete your old version and install your new with it's latest update.

het download programma kon ik niet openen omdat http://static.incomedia.eu/websitex5.com/v12/wsx5_ev.exe?_ga=2.172936995.1066320365.1540399611-1143472520.1540399611
binnenkomt zonder .exe
heb het nu zelf veranderd en heb het nieuwe programma geinstalleerd
nu kijken of de update wel werkt

Evolution V12 werkt nu weer na de verandering van de naam met een .exe
nu kijken of V10 ook zo weer gaat werken en zo werkt dit programma ook
Dat zou toch niet zo moeten zijn

Nee zou niet moeten.
Ik heb het net gedownload en krijg een normaal bestand met exe.
Misschien iets op je pc? je browser? (ik gebruik firefox) je virusscanner? je firewall?
