Is it possible for us to modify/change the URL of blog to our desire name instead of "blog/index.php" as always?
For instance, to "recruitment/index.php"

No not standard in x5 anyway.
But the IDEA is nice, maybe you can make an IDEA post for Incomedia to create this?
