How do I disable the cookie message which now appears on my website  en

I recently upgraded to vs 16 of Website X5.  Now, when I publish my website, visitors are getting the following Disclosure message re cookies (see attachment). As far as I can determine, this is required in the European Union, not Canada.

My website is www.mcclellandfamily.ca and is a personal site, not a business and I do not want or need  to collect cookies.  My webiste is for sharing genealogical infromation and no commercial enterprises are involved.  I live in Canada and do not need or want to have this appearing when visitors are visiting my site. How can I stop this message for coming up?

Gary, click on settings, advanced, privacy and security and remove the tick from the box.
