Activation error 323  en

I have pro v16 purchased a while ago and installed on one pc at the time.

Recently installed on second pc where the update failed to work after installation.  I followed instruction to uninstall, download latest and re-install.

Now I get above activation error.

Getting a little fed up with the problems I'm having, the product is fine but the logistics are not good.  Security is all well and good but not if it interfers with legitimate users.

I rebooted my PC at 10 am prior to any changes Elisa B. might have made and the activation then worked.
