Reimaged my computer and cannot re-install due to link no longer available

Tried emailing customer service 2 days ago without an answer so I am coming here.
Had to reimage my computer due to a virus. Now when I try to re-install the software of WebsiteX5 pro, the link in my email is no longer valid. A pop up tells me to contact customer service and quote my order number.
Due to the lack of response, is there anywhere that I can get my copy to install.
Knowing better for next time, I will save a copy of the install files on my NAS.
Any suggestions would be helpful.
