Advertising message not working

Dear Sirs,
My adverting message is NOT vissible. I can only see the "x" for clossing the image, but not the image.

Dear Mr KolAsim,
It seems thats is working OK with you.
But still i cant see it either to my brower either to my mobile phone.
I make a cirle in red the "x" symbol that it supposed to clese the advertisement.

(It > En) ... the message is as regular as in my STAMP even on Tablet Android + Chrome ...
... to clean the cache, in the browser, press the Ctrl + F5 key ...
