I have downloaded an APP for my iPAd-"Website X 5 Manager". I know my website, my user name and my password for my website. But the program will not start, what do I do??? I get the message incorrect username or password

No. 1 works now, I had forgotten to enable Licence Key

What credentials are you using to manage your website through the App?
Keep in mind that you should be using the credentials given at Step 1 under Access Management for you Admin account, just like you would when you try to enter your admin panel at www.yourwebsite.com/admin
