No answers from websitex5 support ?
seems like it's an issue with your software/form generator.. I used an online HTML email form genarator and inserted it into a test page on my uploaded site at Go Daddy.. Worked just fine, emails came through without an issue.. ?
Hi Steve.
What emailing script are you using to send the emails? You can check this inside the software at Step 1 under Data management.
By mindful that some mailing script might need specific credentials given by your hosting in order to work properly.
Did you try accessing the admin panel at www.yourwebsite.com/admin with the credentials given at Step 1 under Access Management and performing the mailing tests? If not, try doing so, and eventually you can already find the script that is working for you
If not, let me know here so that I might help you further
Thank you

Hi Stefano,
I have tried all the options available on the advanced settings/data management tab (on website x5) and nothing has worked. Go Daddy tell me their site should be fine and that it's a coding error..
The site loaded correctly via ftp using the credentials I setup so not sure that's the problem. But I will check as you suggest..
