I would like to put a youtube clip on website page.
Plus my own images on the page, how would I do this with Version 17.

I assume you want your own image to fill the page and then somewhere on that image you wish to show a youtube clip?
You can add your image in step 1 template, template structure. You can add it to the page background or page content, but this will set that image on every page of your project.
The alternative is to layout your page as required complete with the video object linked to youtube. Now go to step 4 page and select row format (top right above page layout). Here you can place a image, image list, video etc behind your youtube video and any other content.
