cannot open submenus on IPad and smart phones. Only home page visible.

I have another problem. I have received my CD of Evolution 9 which I purchased but no licence key number came with it for me to unlock the program and register my licence. I did not receive any number via email when I purchased online either. What else can I do? Help please
