Use advertising item problem

Hi All,
I activated the advertising item in the advanced settings and in the simulation everything works nice. But... when i upload the site and view online the advertising (new) is not shown.
Anybody an idea why it's not shown in the browser?

Did you empty the browser cache (or pressed several times f5).Often, the browser cache still has the old version.

check if javascript is enabled and up to date.

I tryed to open the site in Explorer and there popped up the question to allow Flash. When i allowed it the site came correct on the screen. So i think that opening in the Firefox will always give problems. is there a way to avoid this "Flash" problem?
Update to v16 or v17?
v10 is starting to get out of date.
Else try the demo version first.
