Order notification e-mail, linkable text should be allowed in footer message

In the Shopping Cart > Sending Order > Notification e-mail: footer
You should allow the ability to create linkable text in the footer. It is helpful to offer customers some options and maybe something else to look at. Adding a link in the footer after they see their order summary might inspire further interaction.
