Custom menu internal link not always working on fullscreen

Hi!
I use this simple menu on my website (http://www.leichtigkeit-mit-h.com/):

When a screen larger than 1150 pixels, the second ("Über Access Bars®" with anchor: #wasist) menu item does not always jump to the marked sitelink. It mostly skips to the top of the page. At lower resolutions, it always jumps to the right place.
As the site will be multilingual, it is not possible to use Website X5's own menusystem, because as each page will use its own menu system with its own language.
Sorry for my bad english.

I'm not sure I understand your question correctly unfortunately.
Is this issue experienced only with the custom code? If it is, I'm afraid that the Staff cannot offer any kind of support as far as custom code is concerned.
If the code seems not to be working for you, you'll have to get it fixed yourself by searching the solution up online or perhaps through a professional.
Should the issue be found in the software's generated code instead, please let me know here so that I might investigate this further for you, but be sure to attach further description of the issue
