We are having many issues with our website(s) following upgrading from Incomedia Website X5 V12 to V17.

The settings as above, allow us to upload but then it gets stuck



When you try to export the project to disk, I get this error:




So after some renaming of images, then renaming them back and using a 3rd party cleaner to check for registry errors and clear any temp cached files, then restarting.

It manages to upload:


 
    •    I managed to re – fix www.craigynoscastleweddings.com , and exported to disk and upload it. I have though reported it as an issue, so if it breaks down, just do what you can and tell me once – then I can see if I can resolve it once.

It has now saved, the project:


I am asking our HOST to

    •    Check that any multiple uploads have not affected anything and that there are no issues server side.
    •    Asking them to advise me of the settings to ensure that the FTP client is configured correctly, as above (and attached) and to advise again of the password.
