When setting up the shopping cart in the customer details tab, you have the option of adding fields to the list of fields for a customer to fill out.  You can make any you choose mandatory.  Is there a way to add a check box to each line item for a field to make it a choice (by the website author), to have that field information included in the data sent back to the customer in the e-mail confirmation?

For example, you create many fields, but the customer entered data, you do not wish to send back in a non-secure e-mail.  Sending back name, address, phone, etc. is fine.  But you many have asked for some private information and you just do not wish to include that in the response.  Can you create a way to select and deselect which data you would like automatically sent back to the customer in the auto confirmation?
