I have the same problem on my Windows 7.  I can't install on my computer and keeps giving a message " an error occurred while running the program. Please reinstall the program".  So far no idea what the error is and have tried 10 times to install including as administrator.  Can anyone help?

This is the same problem I am having with my laptop running Windows 7 in 64 bit.  I have also installed several dozen times and uninstalled and reinstalled.  Have you gotten the issue resolved yet???? and if so what did you do.

Incomedia

Hi!

Please try the following and let me know if it helps:

  • delete the program from your computer. Make sure there isn't and Incomedia file anymore.
  • delete ALL your framework from your PC
  • disable firewall and antivirus
  • download and install your framework 3.5 (You can download the Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5 for free from the following link: http://bit.ly/l186DW )
  • download the full up-to-date version of the program (please download it from the ''download'' section on the top right corner of this page)
  • install the program and start it as admin.
