Hello Henk

Google once had a policy : Don't be evil.

They do not have this anymore. They now have a clear policy that they are here to get your money.

Once you could get an API key for free. You still can, but beware of the number of visitors to your pages.

You can only get an API key when you give Google access to your bank-account ( card information ).

You can still use the map, if you in Google Map specify an address and then use the menu in the Map to generate the html needed for an iframe.

I guess that your problem is caused by the API - if not then make a new post describing where in X5 the object/code is that causes the trouble.

Hello Henk

I just tested the Google Maps object.

It seems to function. The html created does NOT include "https://gratis-offerte.one" - where does that come from?

You can see my newly created maps here : http://www.bramminginfo.dk/brm26/side-8.html

When inspecting the source I see no "...gratis-offerte...." in the html.

Are you using a html-object with code?

I still use v 16, but I think the object should not have changed.

Hello again

Just updated the Google-Map-object.

It still functions, but now it is not interactive anymore - but when clicked you will see it on a new tab.

It is still here : http://www.bramminginfo.dk/brm26/side-8.html it is the map in the bottom that is created with the "updated" object.

Maybe we will have to use iframes for the map, from now - or maybe INCOMEDIA has done this to avoid iframes. They should have an option in the object, so it was up to us users how we wanted the map to appear.

But again - it seems to function and I cannot guess where you get the "...gratis-of......." from.

Hello Henk

I think this is not a X5 problem. Maybe something about your browser or some anti-virus protection.

Try to remove all cookies and see if this helps.

Can you try another browser or another device?

Have you ever used a service from gratis-offerte.com?
