Stephen, can you try make an ftp connection using filezilla (free) or similar?
I have no idea what is required for a yahoo small business server, but your screen shot looks way too complicated compared to mine. My ftp address is simply the domain name, server type is simply FTP, my username is not an email address, but I am sure if it was it would not be 2 email addresses concatonated (you have 2 @ symbols?)

The ID is correct, *** as per yahoo support team. Btw, if i m using Filezilla, How do I do so? As Website x5 Evo 9 got 3 options: 1- Upload to internet, 2 - Export to disk and 3- export to project. Do i need to export to disk then upload using fillzella? But when I check the website that export to disk, most of the page refference address are referring to my local disk location instead of server address. Can please advise on that?
Stephen, I recommended Filezilla simply to see if you can connect to the host (and therefore identify if the problem is with the WX5 configuration or simply some detail is wrong). Most hosts do not know of WX5, but nearly all help desks can easily guide you when using Filezilla.
However, if you can connect with filezilla, you could easily update your website with it.
I create a folder called web inside the project folder on the PC.
I then select step5 export, export to disk (and select the web folder). This creates an absolute copy of your website, you can even click on index.html and run the full site through your default browser (very handy for fault finding sometimes).
Then fire up filezilla and log into your host, you may need to navigate to where your existing site is (frequently public_html)
In the left hand pane navigate to the web folder, select all files and folders(ctrl a) right click and select upload new and changed.
