This is not possible.
You have to create pages in X5 - but you can use copy paste for images and texts
No! You need to rebuild in WSX5.

I am really sorry about this, but unfortunately as the other users mentioned this is not possible. In order to import a project you need to have a WebSite X5 iwzip file.
