Displaying The £ Sign And ' Symbol.

When I publish my website the £ sign and the ' symbol do not dispay correctly when I look at the website using IE8. Is there a way to fix this? They appear okay when I preview using test. Thank you.

Using ASCII Codes..... Enable HTML in the TEXT BOX then use either:
