On-line order confirmation e-mail title
Author: John W.In the Content Language settings in step 1, there are a lot of nice phrases that you have control over changing. Thank you to others in this forum who have guided me into that so I can truly customize the cart experience and other choices for US states, changing the first item in the country list to United States, etc.
But I have been looking for one I cannot find. When a customer sends in their order and the auto responder e-mail is triggered to go to their e-mail, the subject line is: Your Order Reference Number: (and then the number). With SPAM happy e-mail clients out there, and even worse, people becoming more fearful of damaging e-mails, this subject line doesn't say what website sent it. Unless they actually look at the from e-mail address.
But is there a place where I can alter this phrase. Something like: Eclectic-ware Order Reference Number:
This way my company name is in there. If I have no control over it, could the program be set up with a variable like you do for many other things. Such as take the name of the Project (which for most people should be the name of their business) and insert it in place of the word "Your". That should be pretty simple to take care of.
I have found a lot of phrases I can customize, but I do not know where this one is hiding.

Sorry. Scratch all of the above. In my practice file, I did change it. It is cart_order_no. The default phrase was Order Number. I had changed it in my practice file and I kept scanning the right side of the list for the new phrase and could not find it. So I have found it and all will be well.
I think this is becoming a condition of not following my old notes ... and probably not sleeping enough....
