Hi liz,
to make a site responsive, you need to set the "breakpoints" first (Step 2 > Resolutions and Responsive Design> Responsive Website).
I noticed some errors, with the google code for example. Be careful in creating the model content and correctly inserting objects within the page.
I suggest you take a look at the user manual.
If the problem persists, wait an response of Incomedia team.
Have a good day.
Hi Liz,
in addition to what Gabriele already said please find here a guide which explains step by step how to achieve a responsive website: https://helpcenter.websitex5.com/en/post/169726
Please let me know if I can be of further help. Kind regards.
well done Liz - I see you are on the way :-)
Don't hesitate to ask if things don't work as hoped and planned. It can initially be frustrating but for every problem there is a solution, and there is always someone here who knows what it is.
