Is there a way of creating a mobile app with this software? I am using websitex5 pro v17

honestly i don't think this software is suitable for creating a web app.
However if you have the right know-how, you could use WebSite X5 to recreate a "rudimentary" web app.
I would advise you to orientate yourself on other software to create your application.
