I would like to know its possible to have a page with shopping cart items in it and only have say 20 items on it and when you want to see the next 20 at the bottom you click next to see the next 20 items?

This is not auto-intended.
You can use an object catalog of goods with 20 items per object on multiple pages and link them to the next page.

There is a wish for a paging function like there is for the blog.
