Vote button in table

I have a SQL Table that I want to do something different. On each line of the table I would like a Vote button. so if the user presses it then it will update the vote count of that specific line item.
As another option but possibly using the same method, would be if the line items of the SQL table was a song name, artist and within the record will be a preview link to playing the song. So if the person presses the button on that line , a preview of the song will play - as shown in the attachment
I am sure I can solve this if I do heavy PHP programming but I am hoping for a simple answer.

Hi Peter.
I'm afraid that having exactly what you require in your first request might need additionally custom code integrated into the software for which unfortunately the Staff cannot provide support.
The second part could be done in a little different way though.
You could place some text objects on the same row with the artist name and song placed in, and then make use of the Audio/video object to upload a short preview of the song you wish to let the user listen to.
This needs to Database integration but could accomplish what you seem to need right now
