Countries to ship to

I understand that this question has already been "answered." But is still doesn't show how to resolve the issue.
I live in the USA and don't want to send to other countries because of shipping costs. How can I configure the program to show shipping for the US only? There is no button or check box that allows me to make this configuration. Simply by going to the Language setup won't make it so I don't send to all English language countries, many countries speak English.
There should be a configuration for US-English and UK-English. Basically I can't ship to India with a shipping cost of $7.50 when the actual cost would be $50 something.

When talking about Content, are you talking about how the site is seen? What language you are viewing it in? OR does this have to do with actual shipping of product from the shopping cart?
What version of X5 allows choosing what countries you want to ship to? I am using Evolution 16.
I am talking about the fact that you can change the list of countries in the country field (attached).

Hide delivery only for users of a particular country at the moment can not be done. But you can simply limit the list of countries. This is not exactly what you wanted, but as an option. I hope it will be useful for you.
