Good day, I would like to know how to configure the default charset for Western European ISO-8859-1. I look forward guidelines.

Ä ja Ö-kirjaimet eivät näy oikein. X5 näkyi oikein, mutta nyt versiossa 9 ei. Käyttöjärjestelmä on Windows 7. Miten asian voi korjata?
