Good morning. I read the post but did not mention the solution. I believe a personal update was made with some solution to the problem.

Except all other If export my page gets the message …
Hi Nikos,
I have reported this issue, I will let you know as soon as I receive more information.
Thanks! Kind regards.
Have you tried this?
"Except all other If export my page gets the message …" - Try exporting to "F:\web" (only English letters without spaces)
"in the last days the cracker program, it is slow to make a save and at the end makes a mistake and deletes the backup." - what do you mean?

We have to think reasonably. What you tell me to do can not change from one moment to the next. I have been working on this program since 2015. Yesterday, and without any particular reason, it began to crash.
I've checked for viruses that's funny with my counterparts (Bitdefender) and there's no problem. I uninstalled the program and put it back. Since that time it has become worse. I can not put the objects and everything else I've fixed and I've put them back to work correctly. Updates are up to date.
Yesterday when I did save did not end and it signaled that the file was bugged and deleted. When I opened it again from the backup it opened it and without any other action I put it to save and deleted it again.
Today I corrected it after some actions or by luck.
"Yesterday, and without any particular reason, it began to crash." - WebSite X5 does not work in a vacuum. There could be some updates for the operating system and/or antivirus or/or you could add some settings to the operating system, install some kind of software that could somehow affect the entire system or individual applications and more100500 events that could directly or indirectly affect on WebSite X5. That is why I offer such options.
"Today I corrected it after some actions or by luck." - glad your problem is solved.

Thank you very much for your help.
I know a few things and with that I spotted and fixed the big problem. Now what's left is to be able to upload the items I've bought. Whatever I do, I always get the same message.
Probably, it is necessary to do, as Elisa B. advises - wait for a response from the developers.

Good morning. Communicate on Facebook. I invite you to meet our channel on YouTube and my website. It is from regions of Hellas.

Nikos, in view of your last post, can you please advise if you have successfully updated and uploaded your website and therefore fixed the problem.
Assuming the fault still exists is it now just the one problem as indicated in your first post (inability to add or edit an object on the page) which sounds like a single page is corrupt and should be deleted and recreated.
I note that the online site was created in v12.0.10.32 so I assume you are continuing development in this old version, you should be aware that v12 is no longer supported by Incomedia.
Could you advise if you have any older iwzip files (backups of the project)?
If you do not have a backup (iwzip file), could you please open WX5, select your project and click duplicate. This will at least give you somewhere to go if things proceed from bad to worse.
Can I ask if you can successfully create a new iwzip file (step5 export, export project) - please rename any existing iwzip files before proceeding so they do not get overwritten.
If successful please re-open wx5, select import and select your new iwzip. This will re-create the project (it will NOT overwrite your existing project) and in many circumstances clean out the corruption.
Please advise.

I have not updated my web page with the new updates because I can not have any objects to finish. The web site you see is before I have a problem.
The problems I had outside the objects I corrected and work right now except for the ability to upload the purchased objects. That's where the "Generic Error" window still pops out of me.
For backup file because my page is old and great I double save. I do not lose it and when I was deleted I had another.
If there was a way of integrating the purchased objects, the problem would have ended.
Now I'm waiting for a solution to download them from the internet

You are telling me that the company no longer supports the website x5 V12. But once you depend on the Internet for its complete operation then it is not supported? The purchased items for the program are not given together. An example of mine. So help should be provided. Agree to renew the version
It becomes too much of a problem for Incomedia to give online support for older versions such as v12. I am not sure how far back they go, but usually only about 3 versions (v14 maybe?). This is normal for most companies who update their products regularly. The purpose of having Moderators such as Andre, Esahc, etc available is that they can offer some advice on older versions and potential issues with them if they are able to do so. They don't get paid for this - it's just a thing they offer to do. Other experienced users are also happy to help.
The question I have for you is "Are the purchased items that won't upload made to work with Version 12?" Many of the items available were made for later versions that offer features that your version may not. When you purchase them, there is documentation that show which versions of X5 they work with. If the ones you bought say they work with v12 then we need to look for another reason why they won't upload for you.
Aleksej has made some useful suggestions but you have not confirmed that you tried these. Also, ElisaB from Incomedia has acknowledged your issue and has passed it on to the development team to check out, so you might get some assistance from Incomedia, even though they are not obliged to do so.
Please let us know if you tried the suggestions made above.

Thanks for the help. Until March 25, the program was working normally. Since a java update has caused a problem. I reverted to the old version of java but the problem remained
Yes everything I bought was compatible.
I have tried all the above. The basic problems as I write are solved by myself and it works normally except for the objects manager
Maybe some of the files that were installed during the Java update are still there (and affecting the upload), even though you have rolled back the update. You might need to do a complete Windows Roll Back to ensure that everything is the same as it was before the Java update.
I do still keep Java up to date on my computer but I am currently using v17, so I can't replicate your problem and am certainly no expert on this. Maybe another user might be able to respond?

Thank you for your time. Probably it's time to pass this version to the story.
Nikos, please advise if you have successfully saved an iwzip file of the project (this is the ONLY safe backup and is the ONLY way to move up to the current version).
Please also advise which specific objects you are attempting to use, I see from the screen capture you have video and audio plus image, are these the 2 objects causing problems or are there others.
Is this a problem on every page or only one specific page?
Could you please start a new test project. Do you have this problem with pages on the new project?

Good morning. That you have as a question I have answered many times from the old posts.
Thanks for your time.
