Uploading to internet. The uploading stalls at a mov file which I thought that I had removed

I have tried to upload my site to the internet but the process stalls at a mov.
file which I thought that I had deleted. How can I remove this file

Ian, if you create an iwzip (step5 export, export project) then open WX5 and import the new iwzip (this will not overwrite the existing project) does that clear the file out?
