When i put my website online how do i ensure security for customers? i'm using paypal for them to pay me but is this full security against any theft or fraud? how do i may my website as secure as possible? thanks.

If you are using PayPal you will be using their secure payment gateway.... You don't need a SSL Certificate for your own server. Just create a cart and send them to PayPal.....
