Content Missing

Hello,
Website X5 Version 2019.1.6.
I have a just completed a new site layout, i have been testing the homepage at the full resolution. I am using 0,480,720,1200. When viewed at 1200 and above everything works fine. When viewed at any other resolution (using the various buttons in preview), no content is visible, just my header and footer.
If i look at the home page in the resonsive settings, all content is displayed for the 1200 and above, but the other breakpoints have no content! All i see is one large empty square.
How can i get my content to appear in the other breakpoints? I have spent hours on this, i hope this is not some sort of corruption.

See the content per page to see if the objects are visible and placed in the visible area.
For each page, the content for the break points can be arranged separately from top to bottom.
