Unable to delete WMV file

While developing a website I added a large WMV file (516Mb) which I am now trying to delete but everytime I load the webpages now this file reappears even though I deleted it from the list of files being loaded. It is not showing as an object on any of my webpages but I don't know how to permanently delete this file.
Any clues please.

Do a ctrl+preview, then go to step 5 and select export project to create an iwzip (should be done regularly!!)
Then restart WX5 and select import and find the iwzip file.
The imported project will NOT overwrite your existing project.
Open your "new" project and go to step5 and select upload the website to the internet.
Please advise if the WMV tries to upload.

I followed those steps but it still tried to load the 516Mb WMV file.
Thanks for your thoughts but I have resolved the problem by completely rebuilding the website (without the WMV file).
I always create/update the iwzip file after any change.

Hello.I have come across similar situations many times.The forum has several topics dedicated to this issue.This is a bug in the program.So far I have not found a solution to this problem.
