The jpg file from the page background is not displayed on the desktop and it is displayed on the mobile.

In the application when I try "Preview" the bg.jpg (in page background) is displayed but when I upload the site don't. See http://www.laurent.ro Also, I upload the site on the subdomain www.laurent.software-agricultura.ro and here the jpg file it is displayed. Please help me. Thank you.

It is there.
Please do a ctrl+F5 to flush the cache in your browser and then wait.
I suspect it is a largish file (you perhaps can/should resize it down to 1280 width so that it is smaller and loads faster).
