Login Problem

Hello I want to install the website X5 software on my new OS. To do that I have to login to access my licences. I did lost my password so I clicked "lost password" at the login screen. The generated password I got via e-mail doesn't seem to work. Can you help me please. I have tried this 3 times already. I used my email as login and the password sended. I have created a new account to post this message.

otherwise:
. . . make a new post and set it to *private* - so only Inco can read.
Attach your billing-info and (old - and new mail [if changed]) which you used for registration.
Within a short time you will get the info from Inco . . .
