Side Bar Navigation as Sticky Navigation Fixedd on the Screen  en

I would like to have two different sticky navigations, one standard sticky bar and another one side bar sticky navigation.

Attached is a picture of navigation menus structure I wish to have.

The horizontal blue is a standard sticky bar.

However, I would like to have on the Left or Right Side Bar another navigation menu for reaching other pages of my site (other than those listed in the Sticky Bar horizontal). The brown navigation.

How can I achieve this elaboration of two navigation menus to have them both as fixed sticky menus remaining always on the page during any scrolling?

Thanks.

Thank you. That is clear.

Tell me please, how to chose concrete (particular) pages (how to separate them) for putting them into conrete navigation bars (top horizontal and side bars)? How to achieve tha stage you showed in the picture no. 2?
