I am creating a design using a template. In the template I have added a logo into the head and footer, which looks fine on the desktop view but when I change to responsive to check how it looks the logos have vanished. I can't find anywhere to make them visible. All other ares of the template are fine, just the header and footer that doesn't seem to be working properly.

Hello Mark,
The smaller viewports utilise a responsive template which you need to create separately, just like you did with the desktop template. It appears you are using version 12? If so, then the instructions to do so are here:

Kind regards,

Hi Paul,
I have done that but can't find where to add the company logo or the header and footer. I can only change the structure of the responsive template. I don't seem to have the extra options that are supposed to be available in the Menu section.
I have another template which worked ok and I didn't have to change much, it sort of did it automatically.
Thanks.
Hello again Mark,
It's all in the help file:

Look for the section, 'How to define the template'.
