Full screen doesn't work!  en

Hi,
just noticed that the full screen view - when I click on the icon-command - does not work in the gallery object .(pls. see att.)

I have checked Show control bar and Enable full screen view - so, it should work...

BTW - this ugly control bar most likely could not be customized without the coding?

Thanks in advance for the feedback!

Hello!

Very strange ... I give way to Incomedia technicians. Wait for a reaction.

@Jiper 85

Have you tried to recreate "the bug"?

BTW - I sent the notification to the support - but no reaction yet...

Best!

Hi Sinisa,

I tested all types of galleries several times, and everything works on my computer.

The Technical Support responds, on average, within 24 to 48 hours during business days if there were no additional messages to the first request, or after a signal from the moderator ... Patience ... wink

Hi Jiper,

OK - thank you!

It is strange that it does not work on my computer - because this is a new machine without any "garbage"...

Hi Sinisa

is your current test online anywhere? If not, could you upload it somewhere? Perhaps a subfolder and then share the URL here with me?

This way, I would be able to test this behavior directly on your project and eventually understand a bit more as to why you're experiencing this

Please try to upload this online for me and keep me posted here

Thank you

Stefano

@ Stefano G.

It seems that this is a common bug - have you find the time to look into it?

Thank you!

Hi Sinisa

I can confirm that this issue is probably due to the kind of effect selected at Step 2 for the Popup Showbox.

This issue as actually already been solved in v2019.2.6, which is still in Beta testing.

You can read more about the beta and eventually join the program here:

http://beta.websitex5.com

In case you do not wish to update your software to the beta versions, you can still wait until the official update is out and the issue is solved. For the moment, it can already be solved by not selecting any Zoom effect here:

You have to pick a different one until the next update is out

I hope I've been helpful

Stefano

Hi Stefano,

thank you for the feedback!

I have updated the software - and everything works OK!

Stefano, please - in the next update of the GALLERY OBJECT - add the options that the COLOR of TEXT (COMMANDS) on the CONTROL BAR can be changed too.

The reason for this
request is a very weak contrast between the BAR color and the COMMANDS color - so the commands are not visible enough.

Thank you in advance!

Hello Sinisa,

Thank you for letting us know the latest update has solved the issue.

I've turned this topic into an Idea so that the developers can keep track of your wishes with respect to the Gallery Object.

Kind regards,

Paul
