Row formates, image list, sub heading and text for each slide

using the image list in the row formats section, is there a way to have text over the image for each slide? more like a heading sub heading and text.

Sadly not Barry, but when I needed this "feature" I simply added text to every other image using a paint package.
Depending on the layout of your site, you can also now use a slideshow or any other object, as well as a tabbed text object full width (as long as you only have a single object on a row that is full page width). This can go some way to meeting your requirements.
If you wish to use row formats for the images and the text overlayed does not have to be related to specific images, a text (tabbed) slide show over the top can even provide links if required.

Also use CTRL+SHIFT+I and then go to the Tab "Sources" to view the CUSTOM CSS inserted in "index.css".
