Hello Angel,

You've found the correct file.  The 'index.php' file in the admin directory is home to the admin page.  It has to be a .php extension as it's a dynamic page, but you can edit the HTML in it just like any other page.

Kind regards,

Paul

Hello Paul M.

Thanks for the reply. i think it would be better if i write what im trying to acomplish. Ok, in the admin page i really don't want my client to see the "website x5 ads" or app link. for example: i already took out the websites x5 ads and manager page deleting it in the admin folder (wsx5-manager.php),code in the index.php, inside templates folder (wsx5-manager), took out the tittle in the l10n.php and the png from images. Now, if i go to firefox developer tools. I can erase the <li> but, if i go to the main.php that is where the html structure is. i only has the php variables calling for te data to be shown. doing all of that, still the admin page works perfectly. the way that i have done it. still has a clickeable area.

Hi Angel

Unfortunately, those specific file for the styling of the Admin area are currently not customizable inside the software, so I cannot really suggest any easy way to do this through WebSite X5.

You would need to manually apply edits to the final files, which of course means that you would have to redo those every time the files are updated.

Since this involves the use of custom code the Staff cannot provide support for it, nor this can be advised since modifying such files could cause possible issues which are potentially unknown, since they're not part of the program standard customization

I will leave this topic open nonetheless so that other users might eventually stop by and help you out with this

Thank you

Stefano
