Hello Michel,
In order for many features of WebSite X5 to operate correctly (including the shopping cart), the server on which you host your website must be configured carefully and correctly. This is something which Incomedia have no control over, and it doesn't indicate a fault or defect in the software.
In particular you need to ensure that your webhost supports PHP version 5.6 or above, along with MySQL databases. You can read more about this here:
https://helpcenter.websitex5.com/en/post/212588
The Pro edition of WebSite X5 (which you have) provides a built-in testing facility to help you track down any problems in your server configuration. The instructions for accessing this and running the tests are here:
https://help.websitex5.com/en/v2019.2/pro/index.html?pannello_controllo.htm
Once you have performed the tests please get back to us if necessary with the details of any error messages, and we can try to help you further.
An initial look at your issue suggests that you do not have PHP installed correctly on your server. Please have a word with your webhost regarding this, as this is something which only they can help you configure.
Kind regards,
Paul

Yes all set to 5.6 version
THe problem is still on special we can't make test even online because we can't change the URL in the control panel
Also you software doesn't let us use the website manager app as when we scan he code it says code error and if we try to add it manualy it says the website can't be reached
Sorry, I'm not sure I understand what you mean when you say you 'can't change the URL in the control panel' - could you explain further please?
The login for your online control panel is now showing correctly on the web:
http://philopatertech.com/admin/login.php
This URL is fixed by the software. However, there is no practical reason why it needs to be altered, and nothing to be gained by doing so.
Hello.Change the version of PHP to 7.1.Contact your hosting provider.Let them analyze the server logs. Perhaps there are errors. Perhaps the reason- is blocking your site on the hosting (server protection system).
I just placed an order on your site (190726-IF54) and did not see any errors.

Also can't find the right way to setup clients registration
"still cant login to for your online control paneland" - I see the login page in your control panel.Login and administrator password you can find out here (in advanced settings):
"Also can't find the right way to setup clients registration" - Here is the documentation. But paid video lessons. There is a lot of useful information including clients registration.

We did manage to setup the database in localhost folder
as you can see from the image attached the pholder has write access
but we didn't find anywhere on data management to put the permission
Couls you help please
If you want to use a folder called 'localhost' as your write access folder then you need to reflect that in the field shown below:
You also need to ensure that there is a folder with the same name as your nominated Write Access Folder present on your server. In other words, if you have not already created a folder called 'localhost' within the root folder of your WebSite X5 project on the server, then you should do so.
However, it would be very unusual to use a folder called 'localhost' as your write access folder: I think perhaps you are getting confused with other database terminology.
The simplest solution is to leave the Write Access Folder field blank, in which case WebSite X5 will write files to the root folder.
Either way, the write access folder must have full write permissions - see this extract from the official help file:
▪Server folder with write access: enter the path on the server for the folder with write access (where the PHP script can write to).
Providers usually give write access to all folders on the server: if this is the case, you don't need to give the pathname of the public folder. In all other cases, contact your webspace provider for the complete public folder pathname.
You can check in the WebSite Test section of the online control panel whether the folder with write access, and any sub-folders inside i, actually exist and, if so, if you have write access to them (so that you can save the data).
