External links from the menu are created using 'Levels' instead of 'Pages' in the website map.

You can set a link from each 'Level' to an external website by using the 'Link to be executed on item click' feature in the Level Properties:

You can nest levels within other levels if you would like your link to be part of a drop-down menu rather than part of the main menu.
