Website X5 App Manager not Displaying on Phone App

Hi
After loading the website onto the Website X5 App Manager, when I select my website it does not display any dashboard information, the screen is just blank. I have checked the online admin page and there it shows all the details of my website no problem. I have an Iphone. I there something I need to do to make it work on the phone app?
