Hi,
I would like to have more options in my shopping cart, example textbox for customer to input the wordings for customisation on the product, or checkbox for product options.
how do i do this in Pro version?

Product options can currently be set using the properties available on the 'Options' tab for each individual product (Shopping Cart > Product List > Product > Options) - full instructions on using these options are available in the help file:

As regards custom text input for particular products, unfortunately this option is not present in the software at the moment.
However, it is something which has been requested before if my memory serves me correctly, and if you open an Idea post requesting the same then that would add weight to the argument for including it in a future release of WebSite X5.
You can, however, add a custom field to the order form in WebSite X5, and this may or may not be useful to you in allowing customers to submit specific wordings, etc.:
