Futhermore:

When using safari, it works fine. It is not a issue at Windows PC. It also works fine in all browsers (Yes I have tested it)

Hello,

the website you post here is made in v8. v9 uses Flash gallery. I don't have now the possibility to test it... does anyother here can do that?

I just looked at your website and I notice that you added a custom code in the HEAD linking a CSS file, but the file is not a correct CSS file: http://www.flammen-odense.dk/res/other.cssUndecided

Hi

I am not interested in using flash, because alot of the users are using there smartphones and iPads..

Do you think deleting the link to the css filve will solve my problem?

I cannot assure you this, even because I need to analyse that code. Surely you have to look at this code because it's not correct.

Let me know Wink

Can you post me that URL? Can you confirm me it happens only on MAC + Firefox?

Thanks

I've got an idea... I know that Firefox doesn't show images if their name starts with _ (ie: _mypict.jpg). Let me know!

I haven't met the problem when using a PC, and I am currently using both PC and Mac for different tasks.

Mac + Firefox = Failure

Mac + Chrome/Safari/Oracle/IE = Ok

PC + all = OK

80% of the answers given on here seem to blame everything else apart from the X5 software, at least be honest and say that its full of problems at least once.

I like the software. I just don't want to optimize the site from v8 to v9 yet, because a huge amount of the users are using their smartphones ipads and so on. Futhermore the site realle (exuse my langurage) F***S up if I try to use v9 instead of v8... :S

Hi Hansen, we'll have a look at that on FF+Mac and let you know.

If you want you can send us more info about your v8 project on a new post, so we can have a look at it and see what happens. I don't know which is the problem so actually I can suggest you to have a look at this info www.websitex5.com/v8tov9.

Ok, we tested your URL using FF on Mac but we cannot see any error.

Anyway I suggest you to open a new post for that. You can also set it as private if you don't want to share your screenshots or other info. Thanks

Here you go:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N7MlGdnNFPo

I have made this video, which shows what error I get. Go to 0:22 and watch. The pictures "Blinks" into eachoter. Strange.

Btw. don't mind the sound, I was watching tv.

I saw the video... Undecided I think it could be related to the FF behaviour probably related to the fact that FF is loading the next images... Moreover the script is ok and works for every picture, there's only that 'blink' in the middle of the presentation. It's also strange that this happens only on FF + Mac... I'll see if I can give you more info...
