Is there something wrong with the Preview screen
Author: John W.I just noticed that when previewing a page using the built in browser, after going into the customer details
screen for the shopping cart, the country field is being self populated with United Kingdom.
I had already gone into Content Language and set the country-codes to show US first, then the
country-names to show United States. Because Afghanastan was actually coming up as the default
being first in the list. So in the X5 built in browswer, United Kingdom is now populating that field.
I checked the practice site I am using on-line and it still defaulted to United States, which is right.
It also gave me a drop down option for the US State choice.
I re-uploaded the file, and it still showed fine on-line. But the X5 preview is showing me United Kingdom,
and no drop down for the state list.
Could the [array] function not be working right in the X5 preview window right now?
I did just upload the latest update for the program this morning also. Maybe there was something in there
that affected this???
As long as it works right on-line, that is what matters. But weird that the preview is now freaking out.
John, the new version adopts the language of the browser by default. Could it be your PC is set to English UK rather than US?
Hello.Try to clear the preview cache (CTRL + preview).

Clearing the preview cache did not work. I know there are some functions that are not available in the preview
screen, but become available when the website is published to a host. Could it be that the [array] function for a
multi-choise list just is not working in preview?
And as far as I know, my browser has always been set to US. I do not see any Jolly Good Show's or Cheers
showing up anywhere. ;) The Queen's English doesn't try to sneak in to our wonderful American slang.
Just as the search box does not work in the preview, maybe this function somehow got turned off.
In the past I was pretty sure I saw US as my default for the country, and my US state list had a down arrow to
select your state. These are the only two fields I have in my cart fields that have the array options.
But I do see that when a site is uploaded to the Internet, in IE11, Firefox, and Chrome, that field is defaulting to
US like it is supposed to. So it seems to be just the Website X5 preview window not displaying it right.
Then try to upload the site to hosting or export it to a folder on your computer. But on the computer you may need a local server. For example,XAMPP.
P.S. In my paid video tutorials, I showed how you can configure a local server to test sites without restriction and without hosting.
