Cant update my version 12.0.3.19

my all works maked with Version 12.0.10.32
when i istall my website x5 version 12.0.3.9 and check for update to open my templates the new version 12.0.10 cant install
even if i istallen a new windows 10
need help EM

Hello Islam,
Instead of using the update feature within WebSite X5 itself, try downloading the 12.0.10.32 setup file from the following location:
Download WebSite X5
When installing use the option within Windows to 'Run as administrator'.
Depending on your computer system you might also need to temporarily bypass anti-virus/security software.
