Incomedia ignoring request for help with non funtioning product

after setup of Website X5 Go V2019.2 I tried to load a template. This downloaded ?, but then stated it could not create a directory. I created the required directory, but the the program stated it could not proceed.
This is the second Website X5 program I have tried, and neither of them function, and I have had no response from the people who could solve this.

Dale, you may wish to provide details of which template/s so we can (if possible) identify whether it will run in the GO version.
You might also wish to advise if you can simply create a new project (without purchased template) successfully.

I trie to download AAArchi and Repair templates, neither of which would download. I cannot create a new template, without using one of the ones the program procides as a starting point.
Dale, it is unlikely that Incomedia are ignoring you, they normally reply within 2 business days but do not work weekends. I have tried to download the free go version without success, it appears there may be a temporary issue which is also impacting your ability to use the program (I am assuming that the AAArchi and Repair templates are in the 15 free templates). Templates are not built in to WX5 but downloaded on demand.
If you are trying to download and install a template which is not one of the 15 provided, I do not believe this can be done (although I will stand to be corrected). the ability to select from 100 or more templates is a feature of the paid for versions.
I have indicated to Incomedia that you require assistance.
