Help with iwp>iwzip file conversion v8 to v13 please.
I have some old legacy websites which were created in Evolution 8 and the user wants to tweak the site and would like to make it responsive etc.
Can I export the iwp file from V8 to import to v13 or is there another way please?
Many thanks.

There is quite a big update path to get this done and we will need a user who has v8 installed, plus the other versions above it to do the conversion. From memory, the first conversion will need to take it to a V9 file, but others who do this all the time will know more. I have the right licenses but not the installed versions at the moment. This post might spur others who can help you to do this!
Antony, as Wayne said, to upgrade from v8 the project first has to be converted to v9. Unless this is a complex website it is far easier to simply recreate the project in a newer version.
Given the number of changes since v8 and for that matter v13 I strongly recommend simply purchasing the latest version of Evo and then copying and pasting content (text into text boxes, pictures into galleries, etc) and if necessary we can assist in retrieving header, footer and/or background images (although there is much to be said for simply creating a new website with a new look and feel to the old content).
V13 is no longer supported, so Incomedia cannot help you. If you get the most recent version everyone can easily advise if you have difficulties.
If you want a more accurate guesstimate of your options, you could perhaps provide link/s to your legacy online site/s.
If the v8 version is big send me a link for download and I will see what i can do for you.
