Update impossible

Hello
I have actually the version 2019.2.8
When i open the software, a popup tell me that update 2019.2.9 is available
But when tne version is downloaded, i have message to tell me that the update can't be done.
How can i download the last version ? My licence is still available ?

Un petit tour sur ton profil utilisateur, rubrique "Télécharger" et tu devrais y trouver la 2019.2.9.
La Licence reste la même si elle est toujours active... A vérifier dans la rubrique "Mes Licences".
